S3i are invited by the Scottish Government to participate in Global Companies Development Program.
Global Companies Development Programme: designed to enable companies that are strategically controlled from Scotland to achieve significant global presence.


The Global Companies Development Programme divides into the following key parts:

  • Discussion with the top team to ensure the process is tailored to company needs
  • Individual top team interviews and skills identification
  • Strategy Formulation/Scenario Planning to consider global trends
  • Action Planning
  • Implementation
Because of the breadth of issues to be covered and the depth in which they will be considered, the learning and evolutionary nature of the Global Companies Development Programme will help participating companies take a major step forward in their internationalisation aspirations.

As well as a comprehensive strategy, Scottish Development International, supported by specialists, will work with businesses to produce a simple planning document - spelling out what the key actions are and how, when and by whom they will need to be undertaken. Support for implementation will be provided.
