Paul studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Lauder Technical College and qualified in 1986 with an ONC.
Paul has over 20 years experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry mainly in Production Management.
Paul has extensive expertise delivering high volume throughput with tight quality and turn around time deadlines.
At Bench Mark electronics, one of the worlds leading sub contract manufacturing organisations, Paul was Operations Manager and had P&L responsibility for multiple manufacturing projects employing over 260 staff.
In his previous position Paul was Operations Manager at Wallace Cameron for the last 3.5 years and managed over 130 staff across 3 shifts shipping around £1.5M of Medical First Aid kits per month.
In January 2007 Paul joined S3i as Operations Manager, to assist the board of directors in trebling S3i over the next 3 financial years. Paul brings great deal of expertise in Production Management and will coach and mentor many of the S3i line managers / team leaders.
